"Elsa has cared for our daughter for over a year and a half. She has been a consistently thoughtful, loving, and capable caregiver. I have a demanding job outside of the home, and she has always been very flexible and responsive when my needs have changed. She keeps children engaged with age appropriate projects and crafts including making homemade molding clay, and outdoor play activities. She is very proactive about keeping frequently touched surfaces and toys clean and disinfected - which greatly reduces their incidence of colds and flu. To her, taking care of babies seems so intuitive - she really seeks to understand them, and they clearly love her.
